Senior Application Support Engineer Central London Financial Futures*Trading Markets Salary 22k
You will have 2 years support experience of working with financial future products in a help desk*support capacity at either a trading arcade, Bank or Software Vendor.
Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure and priorities workload. Experience of helpdesk systems would be an advantage. You will have worked with the following exchanges Euronext, Eurex and CME.
A combination of the following skills*experience would also be beneficial to the role.
ITIL Either knowledge of the process or qualified.
Experience of helpdesk systems and skills
Experience of supporting clients
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience of basic network concepts and knowledge of Operating systems
Experience of Front end trading packages in the Futures market
Experience of middle*back office technology for Futures market.
